Shipping
New Zealand wide shipping via PostHaste for a flat rate of $9.50 for urban delivery. Proof of postage and online parcel tracking is included in this service. It is standard for every item delivered to be signed by the recipient. If delivery can't be made because nobody is home, a calling card will be left advising that delivery has been attempted and that the item has been taken back to the depot waiting for redelivery. Please add 'Authority to Leave' instructions if required. We recommend having your parcel delivered to your workplace or alternate address if not able to be home for receipt of delivery. Delivery not available to PO Boxes.

We’re thrilled you chose our fabulous partyware, and we truly hope you’re over the moon with your Remarkable Party products! We take great care to pack everything securely, but if something arrives damaged or not quite right, we’ve got you covered. If you spot an issue with your order, just drop us a line at hello@remarkableparties.com within 7 days of receiving your goodies. We’ll sort out a refund or exchange for you ASAP.
Changed your mind? No worries! For change-of-mind returns, we offer exchanges or credit notes. Just remember, we can’t offer refunds for change-of-mind or unused items. Shoot us an email at hello@remarkableparties.com to arrange this. To keep things smooth and speedy, please ensure that any returns or exchanges are in their original, unused condition and packaging. Unfortunately, shipping costs for returns are on you, and sale items aren’t eligible for refunds or exchanges.
